Introduction
You must register to make purchases on the Maison Numismatique web site. The procedure is simple and fast. Use the link New User? in the login box.

Our web site is divided into two main categories: Numismatique and Precious.
Choose the relevant category with the two buttons over the virtual window and interactive map.
The 'numismatique' section includes all Euro metal coins. 
The 'precious' section contains all gold and silver euro coins issued.

How to search for a product
You can find the products you are looking for by browsing the catalogue on the left with a list of countries, divided by year of issue or by using the quick search function.
To search for cents, use the abbreviation 'ct'

Ex.: 10 CT VATICAN

To search for 1 or 2 euro coins use the term 'EURO'

Ex: 2 EURO SAN MARINO

The products on our site are divided into 5 categories, indicated by coloured icons.
There is also a drop-down filter to the right of the Icons Filter to order the products by year.

  Commemorative coins category
Selecting this button, only 2 euro commemorative the coins will appear in the list of products.

 BU Coins category
Selecting this button, only national Brilliant Uncirculated coins will be shown; here you can find coins issued by the Vatican, San Marino, and BU quality coins never issued in circulation.

 PROOF category
Selecting this button, only national PROOF coins will be shown; here you can find loose Proof coins, usually contained in limited edition folders only and are not available on the market; fine coins for the most demanding collectors.

 Mint products category
Selecting this button will show all the products in the official folders from European mints, such as official set folders and coin-cards.

 Eight coin series category
Selecting this button shows the complete series of 8 coins from all Eurozone countries.

 To deactivate the filter, click on the 'RESET' arrow to the left of the icons

How to order products
When you have found the product you’re looking for, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon.

In the shopping cart page you can return and visit the various categories and add other products to the shopping cart. You can also change the quantity of the products selected, remove some and proceed to checkout.
If you change the quantity or delete some items you will have to update the shopping cart to make the changes effective.
If you aren’t sure you want to confirm the order, this isn’t a problem; filling the shopping cart isn’t binding.
To proceed, choose the shipping method, the payment method, accept the sales terms in the final summary, and send your order by clicking on the arrow.
The cart can be marked by either one of the following icons:

 Product AVAILABLE immediately.
Clicking on this icon adds the product to your shopping cart and you will receive the product at your home address in just a few days.

 ADVANCE SALE product.
You can purchase the product in advance sale. By paying for the product you can book your purchase, and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available on the market.

 Product currently UNAVAILABLE.
Click to request information on the future availability of the product or to request the same.

How to check the state of your order
After you have sent your order, you will always be able to know the state of the same, whether it has been processed, completed, or if there are any problems.
In fact, all you have to do is login by clicking on My Account and use the link Show orders. A list of all your orders will appear and you can then check the details.
An order may be in one of the following states: 

• Paid
• Completed 
• Shipped

Remember that, if the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment.
