La Maison Numismatique S.r.l. undertakes  to replace the goods or refund the relevant sum on the customer’s request in accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999. 
In the case of non-conformity of the goods received, inform La Maison Numismatique S.r.l. immediately, using the link in section Contact us.
You can have recourse to the escape clause within 10 working days of receiving the goods. After said time no claims will be accepted.

 

Competent court
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer. In any case the consignment of the material is understood to have been made on shipment by the Post Office, releasing us from any responsibility and obligation on presentation of the shipment receipt. 
Any disputes come under the jurisdiction of the Law Courts of the Republic of San Marino.
