Pursuant to Law 675 - 31/12/1996, La Maison Numismatique S.r.l. informs its users that the personal data supplied when making the order does not require the authorisation of the user as data is gathered and stored only to comply with tax and EEC regulations and, in any case, for the sole purpose of executing the obligations pertaining to the purchase contract the user has entered into and/or to acquire the necessary contractual information only entered into on the user’s request (Art. 12, par. A and B, Law 675/96).
In particular, La Maison Numismatique declares that the personal data supplied by its customers will not be used for commercial purposes or to send promotional material or for market research or interactive commercial communications unless otherwise indicated by the customer.
